I need an image for my website and other print materials that communicates the functions and features of our app... Cloud based, accessibility using smartphones, etc. is that what you mean?

Please be more specific on the content of the image. Is it a number of images? Icons? If icons then what each icon should be. What would be the dimensions of the icon/image/images? Should they be scale able vector or they can be raster images?

I would like it in illustrator format if possible.  The image should be scalable and the size should be approximately 640 x 340.  I would like to be able to manipulate the image in the future if needed and also save it in a jpeg format.  If you have another suggestion for what is best for this intent.. I am open to your feedback.

Can you see the images that I attached to this project?  There is the image of My Hopeful Journey app which lists the event types and a copy of an image that is a good inspiration for what I am looking for.  I would like to include buttons, events or something else that you determine creatively works best for this concept to flow into the app like the inspitation image.  As an example, you could show images that represent medication (injections), lab work, appointments, dr. visits, procedures, paperwork, phone calls, time management, stress, etc. feeding into the app image. This app is cloud based and can be used from any device with internet access so you could feature that too if that works with this image.            

I just added another image of the category screen (without the phone).  You may also sign-up for a membership at www.myhopefuljourney.com.  There is no charge and you can get more of an idea about what the app is.. if you need to.
