Are you related to the "Trouble Brewing" that is already out there? Label has a glass with flames shooting out, another has a volcano cloud shooting out of a glass. Just wondering.

No relationship there. I will Google it though to see what you're talking about.

Not sure, but you might be careful using the same name as it looks like they have the name trade marked. Copy Right issues can have a play here. It seems only fair to the artist to investigate this first to make sure artist aren't waisting time and possibly getting involved with a product name that is already on the market.

There is only one other Trouble Brewing and it's in Ireland. Trademarks are country specific. You can't TM something in all countries.

Furthermore, this isn't really a concern of the designers. Did you note that this project is guaranteed? There is any time wasting on the designers half when it's a guaranteed project.

So you are saying Harley-Davidson is only trademarked in the US? HMMMM. Good Luck!

You might want to study up TM laws.

Not trying to argue, but one of my clients happens to be Harley-Davidson. I was actually one of 10 artist for the 100th celebration of Harley-Davidson. Anytime I produce something for Germany, Japan, England, etc. I receive a TM package that relates to that region. I guess what I don't understand is why would you want to use the same name?

I'll move on now. Again, good luck.

Harley is an international company. A little different than a brewery in Ireland on the TM thing.
