Hello,

Here are few samples of my work in motion design:

I believe this is exactly what you are looking for.
I am willing to work on your project, yet, this is a very time consuming process and I am afraid it is not really suitable for contest based projects. Furthermore your budget is too tight to cover broadness of the task and it looks like the script for the video is yet to be written/provided.

Please let me know if you have any comments/thoughts on this one.

Best regards,
Arthur

Your project is very serious and needs some focus, are there any script or simple storyboard to work onto?

This project is meant to be a proof-of-concept and not a finished product.  My intention is to work with the designer on the full project once this contest is complete.  A full design spec will be provided then.  What I am expecting with this project is very short samples that incorporate real estate text and media like pictures of houses, neighborhoods, prices, stats etc... These 1-3 samples would be in the range of 3-8 seconds each and are meant to give an idea of your visual style,  compositing and flow/pacing.  The samples provided in this thread are exactly what is being requested except with real estate media and content. Previous portfolio work will also be used to select the winning design. The production project will not be a contest but will be awarded to the designer who wins this concept contest.

Here are some screen concepts that would be a good 3-8 second samples to create:
1.  Show 4-6 images of houses with pricing, bedrooms, bathrooms data
2.  Show 4-6 images of retail businesses/restaurants with key text such as name, cuisine, year opened, review stars
3.  Use single or stitched panoramic street view images to get a sense of an area
4.  Use a map(original graphics or OpenStreetMap) to display points of interest such as parks, for sale houses, or schools

If this is still unreasonable or does not make sense please provide recommendations so I can adjust the project accordingly.

Victor

Hi Victor,

Thank you for your reply. I would like to clarify one thing, when you say "Show 4-6 images of houses with pricing, bedrooms, bathrooms data" do you mean stylized drawn images or actual photographs?

Best regards,
Arthur

Hi Victor,

I am working on the sample. It is nearly a weekend here and I will resume working on Saturday evening.
Please do not close the contest until I submit my work. The remaining 4 days is sufficient time to make a good video sample. I assume that the desired footage are photographs and not drawn images of the buildings. Please confirm.

Regards,
Arthur

Hi, Thank You for your precious invitation and quick reply....I am creating a 1 Min video with images from Trulia, Zillow and Realtor.com, I will either submit the link to the final video or upload the video itself....Thanks..!

Victor,

Those examples are purchased or simply downloaded templates. This rather would belong to DIY section. Overused and familiar templates with hundreds of thousands of downloads isn't something that worth your budget. What this guy showed you, the one that you've sent an invite to, that sample cost $30 and there is a link where you can purchase it.

Consider getting an original work.

Thanks,
Arthur
