Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for an upstart software company. Think engineering and consulting, but with an emphasis on how it comes naturally to the folks we have - it's what we do and have done our whole lives. We also have a strong core set of ethics and principles that focus on accountability, getting to the truth and core of personal and staffing problems, and solving them even if it may be uncomfortable.

The company is called Propensity Software, and if possible the logo should reflect that natural inclination toward the trade, or represent a strong core set of values, or even simply a stylish, minimalist logo that lends itself to a message of "no bullshit".
