Logo Design Brief

Logo for website dedicated to helping property buyers discover up and coming areas of London. The audience is primarily young professionals aiming to buy their next home. This is a sophisticated audience and a stylish but very warm and approachable feel is required. Nothing too formal. You can find the current website and logo on the url www.propertyripple.co.uk - The jpg file needs to fit the space at the top of the page - which the current version does not... I am looking for a horizontal logo - icon on the left - text on the right. The colours should be fairly feminine / blue - similar to the tones used on the site. The target market is primarily female aged 30-40.

Professional young Londoners - primarily female / many young mothers. Aged 30-40. Logo needs to feel approachable - to represent 'people like me' mentality but also credibility.
