Project Description
This presentation is to Humana (www.humana.com)
We are a physician’s group practice that is trying to convince Humana that we have the systems in place to service their clients in Assisted Living Facilities. (ALF’s)
We have to convince them in this presentation, that we have controls in place to curtail over utilization of services in general and more specifically averting clients from using the Emergency room as their primary care provider. I've included the content that needs to be included in the slides. We need to document and graphically display the message that we can effectively manage their patients in this unique environment of Assisted Living Facilities.
We also have a unique opportunity to bring some new business on board if we get this contract. We may be able to bring several thousand patients unto Humana who previously weren’t enrolled with the carrier. We’d like to highlight that opportunity using some type of graphic art.

My presentation is due Friday, August 21, 2012.
