Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new e-commerce website called "RVCoversPlus.com". This website will be a sister site to http://www.stowaway2.com and it will use the same layout (i.e. black header bar with an accent color navigation bar).

We would like to keep the layouts similar so that customers can easily tell we are a sister site (see buy-rv-covers.com and www.buyautocovers.com for an example of sister sites who keep the same look and feel but switch accent colors).

Requirements

Must have

• 1. Fonts that are unlicensed so we can use them for other elements on the site. Our main site font is Arial.
  
  2. We would like a design that use the colors #08a7e8 (teal) OR #6ea337 (green) as an accent color. We will upload files of our suggested color palettes but we are open to suggestions.

Nice to have

• 1. Square version of the logo so that we can use it as a badge on social media accounts like Facebook and Twitter\
  
  2. We like that the logo on our boating website (http://www.savvyboater.com/) can use the full logo or pieces can be taken from it to create a recognizable brand (see ad in left hand navigation where just the boat is used) or a square logo (see Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/savvyboater)
  
  3. The logo will need to be designed for a black background but we would also like to have a version of the logo that still looks strong on a white background.

Should not have

• 1. This logo should not be something similar to our main competitors:
