T-shirt Design Brief

We need a t-shirt for a business improvment initiative task force that will be kicking off in two weeks. The t-shirt is a give-away to those participating on the task force as a way to motivate staff and encourage participation. The program is entitled "Imagineering Initiative." Our company, the Miami Parking Authority (MPA), would also like to include the following on the t-shirt, preferrably the back: sponsored by MPA ("Morale, Principles, Accountability") created by the Vission Maffia a.k.a Kira, Dorian, & Art.
We would prefer to include red and navy blue
