Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new Physiotherapy practice opening in Adelaide Australia called "Body Fit Physiotherapy". I would like the logo to represent a practice who provides a holistic service, is enthusiastic and cares about the outcomes of their patients.
I would like the logo to look professional but also 'trendy' modern as the practice will be a service provider for all age groups and injuries including rehabilitation work.
I would like to use the logo on a business card and on letterhead.
I am open to colour.
