Web Design Brief
We need 4 banners for website:
We provide software development services to very small to large Businesses. The focus of these 4 banners is to portray the four steps approach to our consulting process: Assess, Analyse, Plan and Deploy
Currently we have the following on our website:

We are redesigning the website and want to use 4 sliding graphics to portray the same thing, and the new site is being designed here:
http://www.pacosoftonline.com/pacosoft
You can use stock photos for each banner or your own creativity.
The images should be 1140px wide and about 420px High.
Updates
You can use any modern font such as google font. Not just curly fonts!

I have updated the colors and how they are supposed to flow because I noticed that some designs did not follow that (We are consultants and really want to understand our process in a powerful way):
ASSESS: Orange color (1st or 5th color above)
ANALYSE: Yellow (2nd or 6th color above)
PLAN: Green (3rd or 7th color above)
DEPLOY: Blue (4th or 8th color above)
