Logo Design Brief
Financial Media Services provides high level communication and corporate reputation consulting advice to senior executives of major corporates, primarily in the financial services sector.
We are developing a new website, and we need a new logo to launch at the same time. The logo should:
- Be very high end and professional
- Be contemporary
- Contain the name and also an abbreviation (FMS)
- Look good on a website, as a business card, letterhead and importantly as a header and/or footer on Powerpoint slides
The colour(s) of the logo should reflect and complement a black & white website design that we are creating. Minimal spot colour is OK. Definitely no use of blue. We want to have a corporate feel that reflect through the graphics we use on the website and other presentation materials.
What the logo should be:
- Confident. Articulate. Trusted. Integrity. Leadership. Elegant.
What the logo should NOT be:
- Serious. Sombre. Old. Dated.
Similarly with fonts - for the logo and text to use on business cards and Powerpoint leaders, headings, text etc.
