Are you wanting JUST the home page then? And if so, is it just the layout sans coding or will you require the coding as well? And do you want it to be carbon of the wireframe you have or is that just a working example of your own ideas?

Yep, just design. No coding required.

I'd like examples that work closely to the wireframe, but am open to other ideas as well.

Could you please write ur nav items once again. Its very confusing in wireframe like Is it "attract community" or only "attract" or community is second nav of attract. Also confusion in "Termination" "Management" "Redundancy".
