What format do you want submissions in? A PDF mock up that would later be coded to html? Or do you want the actual html file and images?

Approximately how much text are you looking for in the newsletter? Do you want to also include social networking icons and what not?

the password will be written in javasript on same page..(inside code )which is only know to you

so when ever you want to change password..you just edit the html/javascript page and type new password.( daily/weekly/monthly) which is very easy..
