Logo Design Brief
I'm in need of a logo for my real estate investment company based in Denver, Colorado called "Community Property Solutions, LLC". My company buys and sells real estate and is focused on creating win-win situations for both my clients and for the communities of Colorado. Instead of an abandoned home creating a burden for it's neighbors, we seek to employ creative financial strategies to place home buyers / renters into homes that might not have been qualified to buy / rent through conventional means. Whether it is looking to buy a new home or selling property that has become a nuisance, I would like to convey the message that my company can provide help / solutions for my client's real estate needs.

Nice to have
- I would like to see if the logo can make the connection back to a home. For example, perhaps a rooftop could be placed over the name of our company thereby creating the image of a home. Obviously, a tie in to real estate is preferred, but I'm open minded. I added our original design that I created in 5 minutes. It's only a starting point to the conversation.
Should not have
- I would like to avoid the dollar symbol or any picture that refers directly to money or the word investor or investments. Many people think that investors are in real estate to make a quick profit or don't care about their customer's needs. Although we are investors, it is our customers and their wishes that we are primarily invested in.
