Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for BellaForte Construction Inc. BellaForte Construction is a local home builder committed to building quality affordable homes as well as rehabbing existing homes for today's consumer. We chose the name BellaForte because in Italian "Bella" means Beautiful and in French "Forte" means Strong. The owner, Larry, has been building homes for over 40 years and the brand is new. We are looking for something that communicates a sense of trust and integrity while still being on trend. Our target consumer is a first time home buyer, typically between the ages of 25-35 so we want the logo to speak to that age group, however, since the product we're selling is a home, it should also invoke feelings of security, trust and integrity.

UPDATE:
We are in a sub-urban area and are not looking for any design that incorporates skyscrapers or high rises in any way. It's just not what we build.

While we sell our homes to many kinds of people and families our target consumer is a first time buyer between the ages of 25-35.
