Logo Design Brief
We are a full service county level forensic science laboratory. The laboratory performs analysis in the areas of latent prints, dna, drug chemistry, and toxicology.
I would like the four disciplines somehow incorporated into the logo (ex. a double helix, a fingerprint, a microscope, etc).
This logo will be going on all of our lab reports we issue, on all letterhead, and on all of our staff badges, so it needs to look professional...but I dont want it to be boring. I want there to be color, but I dont want to have too much going on so its too busy.
Updates
Project Deadline Extended
Reason: It took an extra 3 days to get my examples posted to the brief, just wanted to provide extra time to account for that delay.

Requirements
Must have
- color
must look professional
Must incorporate the three counties that particpate in our laboratory - Anoka County, Wright County, Sherburne County all of which are in Minnesota
we really like the blue and/or blue yellow outer ring in the examples as opposed to other colors
would be nice to have the disciplines of the laboratory incorporated (see examples)
four quadrant look (see example)
Nice to have
- would like variations, some with the "sheriffs office badge" in the middle of the four quadrants with the MN Seal logo in the middle of the badge. Then some with the outline of the three counties (Anoka, Sherburne, Wright) as outlined in the example.
