Logo Design Brief

Snap Up Real Estate is a real estate listing portal for the North American market initially. All types of property can be listed for sale or rent on the site.
Logo needs to communicate:
1. Easy to use.
2. Trust
3. Simple

The logo needs to be effective for both print and online.

We're considering using a bold orange or green as our primary colour.

Thank you all very much for your submissions!  Lots of creativity and great concepts.  We're in the process of narrowing them down.  Please only post new designs if they're sure to be a finalist :)
