Logo Design Brief
We have two things we do www.ibexpayroll.com www.ibexinclusuion.ca they both have strong identities. We want a much cleaner, simpler master logo for the whole company "the goat" of IBEX payroll could be the basis for this. For us the goat stands for why we do what we do. That being that we empower and inspire great workplaces. We empower by taking care of the employee management details so people can focus on the people instead of administration. We inspire by having a great workplace that we share with the world through our videos and seminars.

Must have
- The titles of staff at IBEX are Head Feed Counter, Herd Geek, Head of Spreading the Herd Word. The boss (me) once wore his underwear to work to make a point. We do take our work very seriously, but not ourselves. Irreverence and humour are really important to us. We want a symbol that wraps that up. A simple play on the IBEX animal maybe - but not a cartoon, that does not seem to work. A smile seems good.
