Card Design Brief

We require a very professional design for our marketing product 'Ruler'.
It will be on a white plastic ruler 315mm long and 39mm high.
0 – 30 on the top (in mm).
0 – 12 on the bottom (in inches).
Numbering in black (to be included as an example only) as it is already printed on the plastic stock.
3 colours. Red, Black, Signal binman blue (colour is Pantone 3155C)
Total workable text area –
Length 312mm
Height 24mm
We would need the artwork in a vector format, either .pdf or .eps

Version 1 - Try and fit all the following info onto it.
