Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new, one-of-a-kind restaurant based in Fayetteville, NC called Blackstone Smokehouse & Pub. Not a BBQ joint, a Smokehouse. We aren't looking for your typical restaurant sign. We want to put our logo on each of the 3 sides of the building with spot lights shining on them. The final design should include the logo as well as the name Blackstone Smokehouse & Pub. Colors aren't necessarily specific but would like to see some examples with the black/grey theme.
