Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our historic plantation located right outside of New Orleans, Louisiana. We host high end parties, wedding ceremonies, and receptions. We would like the design to serve as a rebranding of our business. The logos thus far have been "vintage country". We like the vintage but would like to move the design to a higher level. We would like to incorporate our name Cedar Grove Tchoupitoulas Plantation or the initials:
CGT Plantation. We like fancy script but are open to other designs. Incorporation of peacocks, oak trees, lanterns, and old house etc. is welcome to the design but not necessary. We would like to use light to medium greens possibly with black and antique gold.
