Hi Ashley,
Once you are logged in to Designcrowd site, you just need to go to your submissions page to upload new entries for contests in deciding stage. Click on the link 'submissions' on top left and select this particular project from all the projects you've entered, given in the dropdown link. Once you've selected, it shows you all the designs you've entered. You can submit a new design by : clicking on the 'submit a revision/ linked design' link given next to your designs or by clicking on the 'submit a design' given to the left. Good luck.
