Logo again with Green back ground or off gray back ground ( Note: Color has to be from logo)

and below message. Again, font size and color should come from logo.

Just a note to all designers:

"Equal Opportunity Lender" Sign has to be in back  of the card  in a small image. I would say it has to be "inconspicuous". Let's put the NMLS # and CalBRE # in front side. Let's organise the information follow very elegant and professional.
