Hi creative.

Absolutely no problem at all. Go the Canadians!

No problem regarding the logo - EPS version now attached.

Regarding the spine, it should read from top to bottom with my authors name, and the publisher logo at the very bottom reading horizontally. Both the logo and the text can go here. If you want to put it on the bottom of the back cover, that may be okay too - I can see how it looks.

RRP = recommended retail price.

Also, just to let you know, I have updated brief slightly re; photos as am searching for a few photos that I like, and I will attach these soon. This should make it easier for you designers as I already like these photos. If you have done something with other photos etc, that''s great, send them through.

Cheers,

Mark

Hi, Thank you for the invitation. I will go through the brief carefully and will come out a concept as soon as possible. Then can develop and produce a cover design that suit the title. Regards - C Corner

Hi Mark

I was just looking at your doc files for the cover text and I have a question: Do you really want timeless to be put above the other words? I assume the affect is to have it look handwritten and put in like a missing word that was put in after?

If this is the case, for marketing reasons, I would suggest against it, as it will lower the intellectual appeal of the book (from a design standpoint).

Your thoughts?

hi Janet

Thanks for the feedback. It has been something we have been weighing up. We thought to have a look at it, to see how it suited. But, you could be right.

Certainly, feel free to send it without that included - however, don''t worry about it too much now. Our first step, is that we are going to show all the designs to our focus group and see which one(s) people most like generally. Once we have selected, we can then decide on these sort of issues.Good point though.

If you want to send whatever design(s) you have in the next day or two, that would be good, as we hope to show everyone late Monday our time. going for a few different designs with different images etc, it is best at this stage, as then more chance of getting selected - then we can refine things from there.

Thanks a lot
Mark

Hi Mark

Thanks for your waiting. I''m working on something as we speak... you''ll have to forgive me for taking so long... I thought the deadline for this project was a day or so off...

So hang tight, I will have something for you before the 8 hr deadline hits.

In submitting the design, my design description ended up being longer than the space provided... ...and then, it does not include the additional verbiage when the "Design Submitted" page appears.  Do you get the unabridged version?
