This seems to be a big project I have done similar projects for mobile for UK Ladbrooks betting site I know what you want. You would need to map out the user journey here as its not just straightforward as it seems I have all the kits and group data already to use with fixtures and tables, that i can potentially re-use please get in touch to discuss.

I have to say I agree that the price is too low for the scope of this project its a big job and there seems to be no clear direction I suggested that you do a wireframe and gathering assets. You will need to think about the user journey as you just specified the idea
