Business Card Design Brief

We need a loyalty card designed for our retail kitchenware store called 'Kitchen Xchange'. We sell kitchenware products such as dinner sets, cutlery sets, cookware etc. We want the reward program to be known as the "Chefs Club' so we would like that included in the design. Our primary colours are lime green, black and grey so we want these included as much as possible in the design. On the front of the card we would like our logo & Çhefs Club' included. Website www.kitchenxchange.com.au can be on the front or back of the card.

On the rear of the card we want:
space for a barcode (8 digit) which doesn't have to span the entire width of the card;
The words Welcome to the 'chefs club';
This card remains the property of Kitchen Xchange Pty Ltd;
The use of this card is subject to the terms & conditions issued by Kitchen Xchange Pty Ltd which may vary.

We will also be asking the successful designer to also design our gift cards to stay in line with our brand.

DESIGN UPDATE*******
We have been getting a lot of business cards which is not what we asked for.
I have attached a copy of an image of another loyalty card we like. Please look at this image and use as a reference point. I have added other images to also use as a reference. Ive also done a very quick design in word that can be looked at.
