PowerPoint Design Brief

I wish to have a template created that can be populated with data.
This is a presentation to the board of a company regarding a completely new venture.
The requirement is for the designer to provide a design and template for the presentation.
I.e. a master ppt with cover slide, header/category divider slide, data slide and closing slide.
The opportunity is to sell sports branded FMCG products.
Upon contracting a designer we will provide the name and colour scheme. Excitement, fun, opportunity, proffessionalism are words to describe ppt template
This is for a single team only but the basic layout will be used for another 3 teams and we will contract a designer to compile new imagery per club seperately to this.
