Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Australia called 'Paris Developments'. Currently we buy and renovate residential property to sell/rent, with a view to then expanding this to larger property development projects.

We would like to see designs that use the colours grey/blue (additional colours are also fine), and which are professional, clean and simple. And the final design should communicate the creation of a quality and structurally sound development. For further context - aside from Paris being a combination of the owner's names, when we thought of Paris, we thought of the Eiffel Tower - and while we don't just want a picture of this included as a logo (we don't want to cause confusion- we don't operate in Paris) we're certainly open to something resembling the Tower which communicates a quality and structurally sound development - eg: the way the A is used in this logo.. http://99designs.com.au/logo-design/store/63458
