I would be keen to accept your invite if the project was guaranteed. All too often a design receives favourable feedback, only for the project to be abandoned a few days later, and the designer's time wasted. You are also more likely to get a greater number of submissions to choose from.

Also, should the dumplings be horizontal like on that last image, or vertical? In my opinion vertical makes more sense as the dumplings would then fit more easily round the bowl...
