Flyer Design Brief

We are in the middle of rebranding and rolling out a new webiste. We would like to create collateral templates that match our new brand and style guide and are visually appealing to clients. The templates include:
- flyer one-pagers (data sheets)
- case studies
- whitepaper

We have the colors, font and basic design look/feel we want to use, we just need someone to leverage those elements and create templates that have a similar design but are unique as well (ie we want someone looking at a data sheet and a case study to know they are different materials, but from the same brand).
