Web Design Brief
Hi,
We want our homepage to be even better. Now we think there is something a bit off. But we don't know what.
We want a designer with updated skills on todays webdesign to design the best layout for this frontpage.
So first of all, do not give us any offers without reading through our description. We know what we are after and want a designer that takes his/her time to read through all our requirements. Thanks.
A little bit about us:
We are a web-based property management software company in Norway. We need a designer we can work with long term too. And we have tried some designers so far without the best of luck. We are picky, and you must have great skills and bases of why using the different methods. This way we can understand why we hired you to do the job instead of doing it our self. You need to think outside the box and also satisfy our needs.
About the frontpage:
We want it to generate leads.
We want people to watch the movie.
We want it to have a clean design
We need the costumer to know what our business is at once.
We want the page to tell that this is software
The text says in norwegian:
- Easy to rent out
- Plug and play
- Price
(if you have a good opinion of other bullet points here you are more than welcome too. We know that the text is much of the impression you get as a costumer, but the images is are even more important.)
- Where to put the play movie button.
- And where to put the leads generator button (shouldn't be a button at all maybe?Just the form in the image.. just to give you an idea.)
-The master index of our business is "time efficient and control"
We also want new images on the 3 icons under the main image. This has to go with the design in the main image.

Updates
Project Deadline Extended
Reason: We have had several designers signed up for this project. But so far only one designer has posted his work. We like what we have see,n but want more inputs from more designers too. Therefor we'll extend it to the end of this week, Friday.
