Web Design Brief
We need a LANDING PAGE that is fun, light hearted, and has elements related to the themes of "music" "concerts" "radio". Think marquis; juke box; record player or old radio; people listening to or jamming out to music, play buttons, neon lights, chrome, stages. (none required, just ideas). The site could be retro, or modern, or anything you dream up.
The winning designer will likely get more work in the future. Probably others who make submissions, too.
The company, DeliRadio.com, makes free internet radio stations that are named/branded after LOCAL MUSIC CLUBS AND FESTIVALS worldwide. Attached are actual banners for a bunch of these stations.
We need a way to incorporate a group of THESE VERY BANNERS (and maybe some associated station information) within a single landing page, where users get to choose from a selection of them. Think: a menu of stations. So the user thinks to them self: "OK, I'm seeing four (or six, or ten) radio stations, which should I choose?".
To see for yourself how DeliRadio works, go here and launch some stations: http://deliradio.com/partners
(note, these are not the graphics to use for this web design project, please use the attached banners.
Note: there should be a way for users to push PLAY for each selectable station, AND a separate way for them to FOLLOW stations. On DeliRadio, following us indicated by a STAR icon.
When a user has followed (starred) a station, then that station goes into their list of present stations, for quick-play in future.
Updates
Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Several designers are still working on revisions, so we are extending the deadline so they have time to make necessary changes.
Feedback will be sent today to ALL submissions.
