I would liek to clarify the scope of this project.
Do you want t have that template customized for you?
Do you want a design that is similar to that templat so you can buy it and have it customized?
Are you expecting a fully functional website?

Valid questions, thanks. I am new on this so any advice is appreciated. The scope of the project is to design our website. We will subsequently have it build and hosted to make it fully functional (so that''s not in scope). An option would be to buy the template I attached and have it customized. It supports the functionality we need.
