need web site that is simple yet informative and I am able to post articles under that heading, a blog drop down menu I want to also have a Membership area, where visitors are promoted to join to know the real secrets of The New Environmental Findings and Facts about our real world. Fee $ 77.00 a year, which automatically adds their details to my data base collected when they first try to interact on the site (pop up window) If I cant generate traffic and some customers by Thursday I will have to leave town... I really don't have a clue but it has to be educational but user friendly and interactive as well. The I also need to know how it is that I add thing into there as well. Am willing to negotiate price if someone creates a beauty, try hard guys I need help and fast. Lots of generated traffic and mobile app friendly, book cleaning via apps, and have a virtual receptionist. No missed calls allowed...

NOTE: If the design of the website is inclusive of all the features one would have in a complete package I am willing to pay $1000.00, Its got to be a knock out. It must be easy for me to post articles under drop down bars, areas of interest, look at the pictures for inspiration about chemical exposure and residue left after cleaning etc, need daily update on a blog page, content creator, so ranking are higher in search engines. I am sure you know what I want, the whole deal, packaged up looking very informative, promoting the business 100% natural cleaning solutions, v's chemical exposure constantly, get facts etc.
I am willin gto pay for the complete package to reduce the time I have to spend, creating content and posting new articles, I only will go on there when business goes quiet and then promote to all email addresses a deal of the week.. type thing.
It must have a blog and back links bla bla, a area for others to buy ad space and pay me, broadcast to all the social site known so far, a members are, facility to pay this, pay pal? have an app for mobile friendly, for when someone wants to schedule time to clean. I need to gain all the possible information before even entering the website itself, just a nice pop up, request name and email and contact; for use of mass txt alerts.
