Flyer Design Brief
We need a flyer, double sided and A4 for our business based in Sydney Australia. The name of the business is 'Pillar Property''. We are a professional property management company.
The flyer is to attract business for our property management division. It is aimed at those owning investment properties.
Our flyer needs to professional, clean, easy to read and be an effective sales tool. It needs to communicate that we are experienced, reliable, trustworthy and friendly.
The logo colours are charcoal and grey (please see attached logo). Refer to website www.pillarproperty.com.au for theme colours.
We have attached a word document with the required copy.
We have also attached images that may be used.

I have added a few more images with higher resolution photos. I have also have added an example brochure front cover that has a clean uncluttered design for ideas.
