I need a logo design for my consulting firm, KDH Consulting. My company provides change management strategies and planning to organizations going through major change initiatives (primarily pharmaceutical companies). Our expertise helps organizations that need culture and employee behavior change to engage employees and minimize disruption during the transition.

Our consulting services include internal communication planning, employee engagement, senior leader sponsorship preparation, and project risk management .

We are open to all designs and have thought about some symbol that represents change
