Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my new business in Manchester, U.K.
It'll be a little restaurant for cook the authentic Neapolitan Pizza and some other italian fried foods. It's name is VERACE.
I'd like to have an old style logo, which contain a traditional Neapolitan oven (handmade bricks) and maybe a stylised pizza.
Word "Verace" in Italian means Genuine, Truthful and I'd want that the logo contained the spirit of that word, with an authentic old style.
The colours I prefer are warm.
But, despite what I said, try to surprise me.
Please do not use colour that remember italian flag.
