T-shirt Design Brief

i need a t-shirt design that includes the American flag, the Christian flag, motorcycles, a cross, logos, and text saying 2nd annual blessing of the bikes.
I will be using it as a tshirt design and in promotional print ads.
I would like the flags on poles and have the poles cross. one flag flying one direction the other flag flying the other direction. I would like a cross positioned between, like coming up from the spot the flag poles cross. I would like the bike parked at the base of the flags just below where the poles cross.
there will be 2 logos that need be worked into the design. I have attached those files to this brief. (both of which will need worked on, cleaned up, before they can be used. if I need to supply it in a different file, I can.)
This needs a bike-ish, tattoo-ish, look to it. kinda vintage old school biker look
flags should have a tattered look to them.
I will need the file in ai, eps format.
