Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new property management company based in Northern California. The name of the company is PUMCO Property Management, PUMCO stands for Properties Under Management Company. The company's name should be included in the logo.

I have experience as a real estate attorney and real estate investor. I will be focusing on managing apartment communities and retail centers. I do not want designs that are too bright and loud, I am looking for a subtle design. Colors that I would included would be blue, white, gray (not all of them have to be used, just what looks good).
