I am a bit confused as to what you are looking for. Do you need a whole new website design, or just new buttons and boxed to go with your current one? The picture that you said you like looks to me like a mobile website.

Can you explain a little more in detail,

Here is an example of another website that I like the page content. You don't need to design flash header or navigation just the body of the page that I can use on the 4 main page areas.
