Logo Design Brief

We have a rare disease patient registry (http://www.lpldconnect.org) that requires a logo to replace the current PatientCrossroads logo (so it needs to fit in that width but can be taller).

Something that represents high cholesterol, disease research and / or people working together toward a common cause. A logo that reflects a not-for-profit type of organization would be best.

Target Market(s)

Patients with a rare disease. We need to entice them to share their medical histories about the disease so we can discover treatments.
