Do you need banner ads for 1 of each (Branding, Lasik, Cataracts, Glaucoma) or do you need just 1 banner ad focusing on those categories?

We 1 of each. Meaning 5 ad sizes for branding, 5 for lasik, 5 for cataracts, & 5 for glaucoma.

Hi. Can I submit just 1 size for each for the elimination round since it will be time and effort consuming if we do all then just to be eliminated. Will that be alright. Thanks

Feel free to do 1 size for each service type or multiple sizes for one service.

At the end of the day, we are going to pick the ad that has the best layout/framework for building out many types of offers combined with the most professional and inspired creative ideas.  However you guys think you can communicate that, go for it.  If you can do it with just one 300x250 great.  I would recommend using the 300x600 size though since it offers the most space for you guys to flex your chops.
