Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new business tbc 'Coqtail Ltd' whose main business will be the sale and distribution of boutique spirits and wine through its own pubs and shops, but also via a distribution network. The ares covered will be Scotland, Scandinavia, and Australia.
Want it to focus on a Rooster/Cockerel...maybe with a magnificent tail, and maybe with a twist of humour.
