Thank you for inviting me to your project. Can you please make the payment guaranteed?
It is a better incentive for myself and all fellow designers to work diligently on your project.
Also, what color preferences and or styles do you prefer for this logo?

Sorry this the first time I am using this site and so I would at this time prefer to keep the payment as refundable. However, once I start seeing some designs this could change. Now to answer your questions regarding colour preference and styles...I would really like to see what creative designs contestants come up with and therefore I am not to restrictive about colour and style.  However since you asked here are some suggestions:

A mix of NAVY, BLACK, GRAY AND WHITE
Or...
A combination of MAROON or BURGUNDY, GRAY AND BLACK

In terms of style-I''d like something bold.  No "kiddie" like fonts.  I''d like something intricate using key letters for the logo.
