Logo Design Brief

I'm after a simple 'brand' logo with NOTHING to do with chalk boards or chalk UNLESS its an awesome idea. I feel the chalk board idea's are all cute looking. I'm not a photographer who deals with the general public, I shoot for magazines, corporate clients, production houses, architects etc. Colour wise I lean towards black, white and grey but if there is an accent colour I like orange. See the logo I'm using for my other co here www.barebranch.com.au. And my current 'logo' I'm replacing was done by myself and a free font in 2 min (quite obviously) www.chalkstudio.com.au.

Need logo supplied as RGB layed PSD file no smaller than 12 x 12 inch at 300dpi
