Logo Design Brief

I'm in need of a logo for my active lifestyle directing business. I enjoy logos that are simple, witty, smart use of typography, use the colors black and blue OR black and orange. Please don't do Black, Blue, and Orange all in one design. I'm envisioning a logo that makes use of my initials in a subtle way, has my name in it and maybe even has "director/editor" in it. I've included some samples to give you a sense of what kind of logos I respond to. Please be sure to look at the samples!!
