Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a company based in Toronto, Canada that is doing a lot of different designs in interior design, architectural designs and different kinds of wood product designs. We also manufacture a lot of the products ourselves.
We are a couple, my husband is Norwegian and I'm Canadian. Since Canadians look at Norway (Scandinavia) as good quality and modern design, we would like to incorporate my husbands background into our logo design idea. We try to find the two typical things from Norway and Canada, and came up with the name Norweh. Norw for Norway, and Eh, which is typically used in Canada as a slang word after an expression, ie. Cool, eh?, or Nice, eh?
This is well-known in all of North America. When you read 'Norw' and 'eh' together, it sounds like the country NORWAY.
We would like to use the colours of the flag from both countries which are Red, White and Blue. For example, the leaf from the Canada flag coloured in the Norwegian flag or Norw with 'eh' in the maple leaf, or any other ideas. It has to reflect high quality and expensive, classy and elegant look, something you can trust.
