Is it allowed to take a red cross as a symbol?

by Project Owner on Friday, May 11, 2012

We have no limitations on what we are able to use, however, I would think that a cross would indicate the american red cross or "first aid" and in general our clinics are primary care and emergency care and may not identify with the cross. That being said, I'm the project manager and not the deciding factor in selection for the logo- we have a selection committee of six folks and they may relate to a cross.

I have a question I have been Native Alaskan Cultural Art to see what type of colors are used, they are mainly Reds,Blacks, Greens, and Yellows which I think together are a bit too dark in nature would you be apposed to perhaps a native style tribal incoorperated into the logo (not as the logo but incorperated as an element)????

(researching) dont know why that word skipped my mind

We are open to all sorts of symbols that might connect the logo to Alaska native culture, although we cover the whole state and not a single native culture!

Hi web,
I think we have received many beautiful options but my feedback is irrelevant. The logo will be voted on by a committee next week. I'm sorry I can't provide more input!
