Flyer Design Brief

My pawn shop will be relocating on August 1st 2012. We are moving 1 block north at the corner of Mannheim and Soffel Ave. Next to Subway. The new location will include bigger facilities and shopping area. The new address is 1693 N Mannheim Rd, Stone Park, IL 60165 708-344-CASH (2274). I would like to see a neon light border, with dollar symbols at each corner. I would also like to print 2 per page, so thinking 8.5 x 5.5 with the design running horizontal.
