Updates

Hi all
I have just updated the project to make the payment guaranteed.  We have had some great designs so far but are still looking for more ideas.  With a few more designs received in the competition we are now clearer on what we like and don't like.  Some of the birds have been 'cute' and we would rather they be sketches more natural birds.  We have also received some designs with photographs of birds which we don't like.  As we will use the logo on our accounting system invoices we want a logo that will reproduce well on our customers black and white printers. We will be also using the logo on our 10kg packing boxes so need something without too many colours to effectively reproduce there.  While we requested a cockatoo in the logo - we wouldn't mind if we received designs without.  We've had some great ideas with the oo in Toolamba made into walnuts.  I wondered if there could be a bird taking one of those nuts.  Just slightly lifting it out of alingment from the rest of the letters.  I've also had one good suggestion with a bowl of walnuts and the bird lifting off with one of them.
Thank you very much for your interest in our project.  This is the first time we needed a logo developed and the process has been great and we have been amazed by the variety of creative ideas!

to all the designers who provided a design I want to thank you very much.  We have made our decision and notified the winner.  We were amazed by the range of designs that were submitted especially as the brief was so specific.  So thank you all again for sharing your creativity with us.
